機器の充電と充電の問題

We can help customers to select charging piles ,  install and debug charging equipment 

The charging pile has no other special requirements  and the charging pile only needs to meet the national standard  GB/T 27930charging communication protocol: GB/T 27930. 

 Calculation of charging time: Maximum charging time = rated battery storage energy/power of charging pile 

 At present, the power grade of quick charging pile suitable for electric construction machinery mainly includes: 60KW, 80KW, 90KW, 120KW, 160KW, 180KW and 240KW; 

  Battery management system auxiliary power compatible with 12V/24V, China's charging pile generally three-phase power 380V input, except in other regions and countries, 450V-750V output to charge the battery, charging current is the battery required current or charging pile can supply the maximum current; 

Low-power portable or 220V DC charging piles (generally less than 30kW) can also be selected for slow charging. The charging time is longer. At present, after changing to liquid-cooled batteries, slow charging is relatively inefficient; 

Air switch current specification required for charging pile installation (except other regions and countries): Air switch rated current (A) Greater than or equal to charging pile power (kW)1000/(1.732 380V0.85) 

 Cable specifications required for the installation of charging piles (except for other regions and countries): the required current of the cable (A) Greater than or equal to charging pile power (kW)1000/(3220V0.85)
